Shipping Policy

⚠  Due to current U.S. tariff regulation changes, shipments to the United States may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience.

Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.thekriptstore.com and any affiliated subdomains. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, which are aligned with our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

All delivery timeframes refer to courier transit only and exclude order processing time. Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and external factors beyond our control. We will not be liable for failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

During sale periods and public holidays, please allow additional processing time.

Order Processing

We process orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with your tracking number.

Business days exclude: Saturdays, Sundays, U.S. federal holidays, Canadian statutory holidays, and Chinese National Holidays (during applicable periods).

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at customercare@thekriptstore.com. We fulfill orders quickly — once warehouse processing has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. We cannot reroute packages already in transit.

PO Boxes

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If a PO Box address is provided, your order will not be shipped and we will contact you for an alternative address. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations based on availability. In such cases, your order will be split into separate shipments, each with its own tracking number. There are no additional shipping fees for split deliveries.

* Transit times exclude customs clearance events and order processing time. Free shipping thresholds apply to the order subtotal after discount codes, excluding shipping costs.

Important — U.S. Customers

US orders are shipped from our Montreal warehouse. Standard shipping is fulfilled via Canada Post, which hands the shipment over to USPS upon crossing the US border. Express shipping is fulfilled end-to-end via FedEx.

For Standard orders, the most up-to-date tracking information is available directly on usps.com. Note that tracking updates may experience a brief delay during the carrier handover from Canada Post to USPS. For Express orders, track your shipment at fedex.com.

Duties and tariffs are fully included in both Standard and Express U.S. shipping options — there are no additional charges at delivery.

Due to ongoing U.S. tariff regulation changes, some shipments may experience slight delays at customs. We are actively working to minimize disruptions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Unless explicitly stated as "Included" or "DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid) in the table above, all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import costs are the sole responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

Duty rates vary by country and depend on the value, materials, and origin of your goods. As each country's customs authority determines these charges independently, we are unable to predict exact amounts. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

Important: If you refuse to pay import duties or taxes and your order is returned to us, the cost of return shipping and any carrier fees will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable for non-UK/EU customers. For UK and EU customers, refunds on duties and taxes are available only where required by local law.

Shipping Protection — Checkout+

When Checkout+ is selected at checkout, your order is protected against loss, theft, and damage during transit.

If your insured package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we will replace it free of charge. To file a claim, click the "Start a Claim" link in your order confirmation email or visit our Customer Care page.

If Checkout+ is not selected, THE KRIPT is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, THE KRIPT is no longer responsible for:

  • Carrier or customs-related delays
  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Packages marked "delivered" but not received
  • Issues arising from incorrect address or contact information provided at checkout

Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and coordinating with the carrier for any delivery issues. We strongly recommend ensuring all delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Failure to Accept Delivery

If your package is returned to us because you failed to accept delivery or the carrier was unable to reach you, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

THE KRIPT is not liable for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer. We strongly recommend selecting Checkout+ at checkout for full transit protection.

If you have not received your order within 15 business days of placement and have not been contacted by the carrier, please reach out to us at customercare@thekriptstore.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
